Frequently Asked Questions about Desk Calendars

🛠ī¸ How do I create my own desk calendar?

Choose a size, then pick a photo for the cover and for each of the 12 months. Click "Select Image" under any month to search our catalog of thousands of posters, or press "select automatically" to fill all empty months in one click. When every page has a photo, add the calendar to your cart. You can come back from the cart and change any image before checkout.

📏 What sizes are available?

There are two sizes. The rectangular calendar is 4x8": your photo on the left and the full month grid on the right. The square calendar is 8x8": a large photo on top and the month's dates in a strip along the bottom. Both are compact enough for a desk, a shelf or a reception counter.

📆 How many pages does the calendar include?

Every desk calendar has 13 pages: a cover and 12 monthly pages, January through December 2027. Each month shows the photo you chose for it, so you can use a different image on every page.

🖨ī¸ Are the pages printed on one side or both?

The square calendar is printed on both sides of each page. The rectangular calendar is printed on one side only.

📐 How does the calendar stand up?

Each calendar is spiral bound at the top and has a built-in folding base. Unfold the base and set the calendar on any flat surface; to change the month, flip the page over the spiral.

📅 Which year and months does the calendar cover?

Our desk calendars cover January through December 2027 and show the main US holidays on the month grid. Custom start months and custom dates are not available at the moment.

đŸ–ŧī¸ Which photos work best?

Square photos fit the rectangular calendar best, and horizontal photos fit the square one. Other shapes are printed edge to edge, so part of the image may be cropped. Every page is printed in full color with sharp, vivid detail.

🎁 Is a desk calendar a good gift?

Yes. Desk calendars are among the most popular holiday gifts for family, friends, colleagues and clients: it stays on the desk all year, so your favorite photos are seen every working day. Order several at once and a big part of your gift list is done.

🚚 How is the calendar shipped and how long does it take?

Every calendar is printed to order, which usually takes 2-5 business days. It is packed flat in a rigid mailer so the pages and stand arrive undamaged. Standard delivery adds 5-7 business days for US addresses and 10-21 business days for international orders, so order early before the holidays.

↩ī¸ What is your refund policy?

If your calendar arrives damaged because of our error or a shipping issue, send us photos of it within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Because each calendar is printed with the images you chose, we cannot accept returns for personal preference or image selection.
